    2. I honestly think this book was terrible. I learned a couple of things from it, but it was mostly just saying the same thing over and over again. The book talked about how there is different types of stress, how to deal with it, and examples of each type of stress. When I picked this book out in the library I was hoping it would be a lot more interesting, but it was almost like a text book about stress, and just stated facts.
